Tacos al Pastor. Went a little heavy on the cumin, but overall not bad. Spiced up with some of my Padron pepper sauce.

Same here, but mine were out at a restaurant. I loves me some al Pastor.

Bob, my favorite. Huy takes us for the good stuff just north of the border.

Catfish and wild rice tonight, adding in a few carbs.

Took no photos but fried a turkey (which isn't new); used Alton Brown's brining recipe (which was). Came out moist, juicy and delicious - almost like being in TJ.

Still in planning stages for tonight’s dinner.

Grilled venison cutlets (currently in a red wine marinade)
Roasted delicata squash with honey/pistachios
Mixed mushroom, onion and cheese tartlet.
