Good morning everyone, the coffee has been on since 0400 again and it's already "Hump Day". Congrats to the Yankees for winning last night, the Boston Red Sox lost so we are only 1 game behind 1st place. They are back at it for a day game today starting at 1305 (1:05pm), keep it up fellas and do it again. I hope you all have a great day and enjoy.......

Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 and it's Thursday which means we'll be at Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar this evening. Congrats to the Yankees yesterday in another win, lets keep it up fellas and put up another "W" tonight. Only a couple of days away from this year's Quad State Herf and we are about ready as can be. Picking up the kegs (4) from Newburgh Brewing tomorrow and putting the "goodie bags" together we'll keep us busy until we head over to Lake Frederick and welcome the campers and all the guests staying in the log cabins. Christmas in July, can't get any better. Anyway, enjoy everyone and as I always say, be safe out there.......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Quad State Herf prep day. The Yankees had a great come-back win last night as Brett Gardner had a walk-off homer in the bottom of the 11th to end it. Great game gentlemen, let's keep it up! The NASCAR drivers are in the Poconos this weekend and I'll be watching it on the TV versus attending with so much going on. Safe travels to all attending tomorrow's Wings for Warriors - Quad State Herf 12, enjoy the weekend everyone........

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday after a fantastic weekend. The Wings for Warriors - Quad State Herf 12 this past Saturday was a super day for 2 great Causes. It was so nice to see all our friends and family come together and enjoy. We raised $29,275 so far as I have a check or two still coming in. I see that the Yankees lost a close one last night 4 - 3, lets bounce back today guys and put up a "W" as the play a day game starting at 1305 (1:05pm). After work today, we're going over to the Newburgh Brewing Company for a couple of cold ones and the head down to the river front for some dinner:

After a couple of rain delays, I see that the Yankees came up short yesterday against the Tigers. They'll be in Cleveland for the next 4 day starting with a game this evening starting at 1910 (7:10pm). Lets go fellas, you're only 1 game behind Boston for 1st place, you can do this. Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 as always and it's back to work Monday. Beth and I had a great weekend starting with Happy Hour on Friday down at the Newburgh water front having oysters and cold beers at Blu Point. Saturday was spent at Hudson Valley Cigars with the guys and then in the evening it was a huge family get together celebrating one of our nieces birthday. Yesterday, we headed to New Paltz, NY and walk through town and stopped at Huckleberry to enjoy a snack and probably one of the best Bloody Mary you can find in the Hudson Valley. Afterwards, we headed over to the Newburgh Brewing Company to support the Hudson Valley Honor Flight fundraiser they were hosting. Finally ended the evening enjoying a 2012 Tatuaje Cononu on the back patio paired with a Bitburger Pilsner. Sports wise, the Yankees split the 4 game series Indians and Martin Truex Jr. took the checkered flag in yesterday's NASCAR race. Enjoy the week everyone and remember to be safe out there.......

We acquired really great seats (10 rows up from 1st base) from a good friend, always nice to have friends in high places. There is a pre-event this evening at Mickey Blake's in Southington, CT: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater and if the Barn Smoker tomorrow is enough, there are a couple of after parties as well. I see that the Yankees lost last night, time to turn it around fellas as they have a 3 game series against Boston and then a 4 game subway series against the Mets. The NASCAR drivers are in Michigan this weekend, always a fun one to watch and see live if you have the chance. Enjoy everyone and all......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday. We had a great weekend at Barn Smoker, hung out from Friday thru Sunday with family and dear friends through out it. Smoked top shelf cigars, eat tasty BBQ and had plenty of adult beverages. I see that the Yankees only won 1 out of 3 against the Red Sox, now it's onto to the Mets for a 4 game Subway series here in NY. Congrats to Kyle Larsen for taking the checkered flag in yesterday's NASCAR race. Anyway, enjoy your week everyone and smoke a favorite or two throughout it.......
