What do you own?

Two ranchers board a plane in Dallas. Just before the plane door closed, this small Jewish guy walks down the aisle and takes his seat between the two ranchers.

Once they take off, the rancher the window says to the other rancher, "I now have 25,000 acres and 100 head of cattle per acre. I'll have a good 7 to 10 million for income this year"

The other rancher nods and says, "That auction was good. I now have just over 20,000 acres and 65 head of cattle per acre. I'll be flush with 4 to 5 million this year."

Not wanting to leave out the little Jewish guy, they ask him, "How about you? Do you own any cattle?"

The little Jewish guy shakes his head, "Oh no. Just a ten square blocks in The Financial District."
