Default Burlwood Palio

Just got my Burlwood Palio today...I am stoked!!! Also have the black one and a X1...but damn if that burlwood isn't sharp looking.

Sweet! I'm stuck on whether my next one will be the Burlwood or the carbon fiber model...

On the right side of the pic, it looks like woodgrain in the reflection? Is it textured to look like wood?

To touch is the feel of plastic but not cheap...can't go wrong with the burlwood or the carbon fiber...same feel for both. Woodfgrain in appearance, but not textured. Johnnykay5 has the carbon and both look great..more importantly...they cut awesome!!!

I have a black, its about the only one I like. But they do work great. Mine got a little stuck at times but I was able to make an exchange and very happy with the new one I got. What's the first cigar you cut with it?

They will peel in time, It looks nice but go with the all black one, It will wear with age gracefully.

I don't know about that have you seen one peel? I have had mine since the carbon fiber ones came out and lost the case Just got a new one 2 bucks for the leather case from palio BTW. So for well over a year I beat mine up pretty good It shows no signs of wear at all. And most importantly It still cuts perfectly every time.

It seems like manufacturing for Palio may have just been updated. The new look for the Burl and CF models, i think look nicer than previous and the gold is now gold and not champagne colored. Heres to hoping for a better durability over time on the finishes.

Kudos to Palio for the leather cases...my black one has a pleather case, but the burlwood came with a leather (slightly larger) case.
