I hope so cuz that b!tch called me again last night.

I was reading into this enough that the way it seemed to get them to stop calling would be to talk to a live person and get them on the phone as long as possible. After awhile, they flag your number because you "waste their time" if you can continually keep them on the phone for 15-20 minutes.
