I heard it was pretty bad but I agree it will take some time to get good, if it does get really good.

I didn't care for it. It'll be hard to match the humor and chemistry of the original, but they do get to drive some sweet cars!

Watching this weeks episode, and still don't like it. I don't know..... Watching Manning get hit is so much more fun than watching this show right now.

Next week they are going to try to do a "buy a cheap car" challenge. Lets see how they do trying to replicate that. Because the original Top Gear ones are hysterical.

Exactly my thoughts. It will be interesting to see how much they are allowed and what they come up with in the states.

The thing with this show is how much they are modeling it after the UK show -- even calling their test racing driver "The Stig". If they want it to be so close to the UK show, why even do it?

I think they would have better luck doing it differently, but that's me... I really love the UK show. Jury is still out on the American version...

Exactly! It's a seriously lame copy-cat without the humor. Slow paced and boring, imo.
