Default Palio replacement?

I sent my cutter in to Marc on January 5th. Still haven't received replacement. I haven't been able to reach them. I am not doubting their high level of CS, as it has been impeccable in the past. Is the turnaround usually this long?

Did you drop Marc (OpusEx) a PM? Looks like he may have checked in yesterday. I know that they are in the middle of bringing new products to market and doing some custom orders, but that's never stopped Marc from providing the best customer service around. Oh yeah, he was out of state last week too.

Marc is pretty good about responding to PM's.

Default Re: Palio replacement?

I had mine replaced a few months ago. It did take about 4-6 weeks, but it came! I would say be patient, and it will come. Palio is great at what they do.

I had one replaced before, but it was quick. That was a few years ago though.

I have other cutters, so I'm good. My slope will not be half a dozen paleo's. lOL. Would rather be obsessive with my smokes.....and lighters.....and whiskey. Damn I guess I am no better.
