Pen markings?

I found this, what appears to be an ink mark, like someone wrote in pen on my cigar (a quorum shade) i know it's a cheapie but pen? it doesn't change the cigar flavor or anything but have you ever seen this before? God bless you all!

Inside a cigar band a couple times, Jason, but never on a wrapper.
