Default St. Paddy's day menu

Alright I am having some homemade fish N' chips, Why you ask? Well it started saturday with corned beef, cabbage, potato's, carrots with some apple crisp (Thanks Andrew for helping to eat this). Needless to say Sunday morning I made some corned beef hash and for supper we had some homemade Rubens on toasted rye with thicker cut corned beef and some boars head saurekrauet . and monday morning I had some more corned beef hash and mon night I had some more corned beef, cabbage etc. Im wore out for a week or so, hence the fish and chips tonight! If I can manage to post some pics later I will (celebrating St. Paddy's day )

Homemade crunch wraps.

Sort of like the Taco Bell crunch wrap, but it tastes good.

The wife fixed corned beef and cabbage with redskin potatoes tonight. Man was it good. Looking forward to the corned beef hash this weekend.

Corned beef, cabbage and boiled potatoes for dinner tonight...only because no restaurants where I work serve lamb stew.

Come to think of it, I guess I have never had lamb stew. I have a new item to set out and try.
