Default R.I.P Thunder Gatti

Arturo "Thunder" Gatti was found dead in Brazil.
Very sad.
His trilogy with Irish Mickey Ward was legendary, thirty perfect rounds.

What a weird story. You're on your 2nd honeymoon with you 23yr old wife and 10month old kid, and your wife kills you with her purse strap? WTF. The Gatti/Ward fights were incredible.
Prayers to the couples young child.

Missed this until I got home from SoCal last night. I always enjoyed watching Gatti fight, and found him to be humble and engaging in his interviews.

R.I.P. Arturo.

I loved this guy. True-life Rocky... not a show-boater... heart of a lion and chin of stone.
