I would have to go with the Tat Junior in the size range you described.

Two other to consider:

Montecristo Afrique Safari
Punch Grand Puro Laguna

As for the JR Ultimate Habanitos, I think they only come EMS, so you don't have to decide btw nats and maddies. But since EMS is sorta btw nat and maddie anyway, you have in a certain way chosen both. In any case, I likes 'em.

The corona minor is another great small smoke from La Aroma (albeit larger than the interlude)

Whatcha think about that stick?? I thought it tasted like a Kent Light. Much too tobacco-y and a little harsh/bitter.

I love maduros - so my best little stick:

5 Vegas A Anomaly

I got a box of 20 for $30 on CB a couple of months ago. They're cheap, so it's all right if you don't finish the entire thing. And they're tasty!!

Cabaiguan Petites...

Yes, a bit pricy at about $3/stick, but man are they good. Delicious cedar and spice that comes in a manageable 30-45 minute smoke. Have gone though 2 boxes in about 6 months, and about to buy another one. Its the best small cigar that I have found, especially after 6 months to a year in the humi. My last box was 2 years old and absolutley amazing

Andrew, next time you're in Vineland and stop by Oro Cubano pick up one of their PC sized bundles. A little larger format than you're looking for but a nice little smoke and for $15 for a bundle of 25 the price is right. I finally made it there one day when I went into town for some business. An hour later I walked out with about 50 smokes!

These: http://www.famous-smoke.com/cigars/s...m/ihdnum/21868

Kinda pricey at retail but can be had on auction for much less. They also come as giveaways with another purchase fairly often.

Not too bad. It got a little harsh so I slowed down and that helped.

That is a cool shop, I haven't been in there in a while but last time I was in the House rolled cigars were anything but cheap - like $8 and up a stick. I'll have to swing by next time I'm in town.

The singles were expensive, but I bought a Corona Gorda bundle for $75 and a PC bundle for $15. I asked before I bought to make sure they were the same as what was on the singles shelves and they said yes. Hopefully they are! They're pretty good either way.

Smoked a Little Havana Cigar half corona, 4 X 40 connecticut wrapper, this morning. Good 45 minute smoke, IMO. The half coronas are also available in maduro and the bambino, 4 X 32 connecticut, which I haven’t tried.

I figured I'd bump this rather than create a new thread. I'm looking for a good small cigar to keep on hand for quick fixes so I can finally lose the cigarettes. Ideal would be medium to full flavor with a burn time of 15 minutes or less.
CI and Famous have some good candidates, but don't seem to offer them in less than large bundles. I'd prefer to pick up a 5er or sampler first rather than order blind.
