Xikar makes a few around $100, Although I think most people will tell you after about $30-$40 bucks the quality isn't worth the cash spent.

I have a Xikar HC table top lighter that I love. I used one at a local B&M and thought that I'd have to get one if it was reasonable. The price ($100) put me off, but I found it on sale from Atlantic for just 2/3rds the suggested retail. No brainer. I bought it and have been using it ever since. Awesome lighter. Powerful enough to toast the foot to a nice cherry in no time.
