Mine is simply random amounts of Kosher Salt, paprika, smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, brown sugar,
black pepper, ground ginger, Cumin, white pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, powdered worcestershire
and plain chili powder. I say Random amounts, that's not true. It's a very controlled mixture that I simply have
no records of, lol.

Jeff I personally stay away from anything store bought unless it something like Penzeys. The Weber or anything at Kroger is going to taste like chemicals
