Thanks for the leaf to review Rev. I didn't notice any Cherry except for the faint room note. The Lakeland effect could be the reason the topping didn't shine through.

My daily smoke, all those blends on the shelves in the bins and 99.99% I'm smoking this, in an D.P. Ehrlich meer carved in the Boston shop front window in the 1960s .

Picked up a couple estate meers on flea bay, first pipes I've boughten in several months, I'm over briar and just moved on them them, this was the first one delivered, $60 offer made and accepted, very very happy with that. Some 2018 Wessex Dark Flake is the first bowl for me.

Was surprised they accepted my offer of $60 not that it was that much lower than asking. My first Oom Paul meer and was very happy that it passes a standard pipe cleaner so easy.

Have one more arriving today, extra large meer with some coloring already started, it's the one I'm more excited for.
