Default Freakin laptop anyway...

I changed my SSID configuration and now I get this message trying to view wireless networks:

Windows cannot configure this wireless connection. If you have
enabled another program to manage this wireless connection, use that
software. If you want Windowss to configure this wireless connection, start
the wireless zero configuration service. For information about starting the
wzc service, see article 871122 in the microsoft knowledge base on the
microsoft.com website.

Who is your router thru? Usually, depending on what type of laptop you have it should configure your router and all you need to do is type in your ID when you set up your router. Otherwise, call the provider where you bought your router from and they will walk you thru it.

Here ya go - The drivers for your wireless card has a built-in utility to manage networks... you can either use that or tell Windows you want to have it manage the wireless connections.
