Default New Colorado Springs BBQ food truck

My nephew is opening a new BBQ food truck in Colorado Springs tomorrow. It's called "Big Rig BBQ" and they will be located at 4650 North Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs.

As a truck, they are mobile, so maybe some new places over time. Their FB page is https://www.facebook.com/Big-Rig-BBQ...9997426479411/

Best of luck to him. Tell him to honk the next time he's in my neighborhood, and I'll give him a try.

Best of luck. I'll keep an eye out for it next time I make it down to the springs.

I am gonna buy a weed truck in Colorado when I retire, and have your nephew follow right behind me. We'll make a killing.

That's cool, Mark. Hope he does well, I love the simplicity of the menu - 3 or 4 things done right vs metric assloads crap food to chose from.

I am curious, is that smoker actually in the bus? I couldn't tell from the photos.

yeah, it's a drivable smoker. They are hoping to land some parties and such with it. Next year, they may go truly mobile as the long term plan is to find a good area to put in a brick and mortar.
