Tobacco Prohibition in CA, What?

Not sure if this would be considered too political, but if so Mods please feel free to remove. Not sure if anybody especially our CA brothers and sisters have seen this but what's next? Hopefully something like this never passes as it seems a bit extreme.

Walnut Creek, no less, home to one of the best cigar lounges around. The state is beyond repair at this point if they have all the time for this BS while incapable of solving real issues...
