Default Bowie and Buck Knives Thread

I saw the folding knife thread and was just curious how many Bowie knife and Buck knife collectors we have here. I don't know what it is about the Bowie knife but if I find one for the right price I usually can't help myself and end up buying it. I just started getting into picking up the occasional buck knife.

I'll have to take some pics in the future to start things off but I guess my love of bowie knives came when my grandfather in WW2 picked up a stag handled Solingen steel Bowie in Germany and passed it on to me when I was 8 or 9 so that's what kicked it off for me. How about you?
