Except that crappy issue when he killed off Spawn and brought him back just to show Marvel that he had full creative control over his character. That issue was very early in the run (issue 9 or 10?).

I used to be in to a lot of Marvel stuff growing up. X-men, X-factor, Wolverine, Spiderman, Punisher, etc.

Later on I got into stuff like Grendel, Usagi yo Jimbo, Milk and Cheese.

Haven't bought a book in years.

I miss the good comic books from back in the 1960s. Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Ironman, etc. I also enjoyed the WWII based comics featuring Sgt. Rock and Sgt. Fury. I can't remember the name of the comics but there was also the one about the Sherman Tank "haunted" by the ghost of J.E.B. Stuart.

Sgt. Rock and Sgt. Fury both kicked ass! Easy company and the Howling Commandoes were awesome! But then they had to go and ruin sgt. Fury and make him an agent.

Used to be an avid Batman reader. These days I just buy collectible items and watch the movies.

Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns is my all time favorite read.

Picke one of the Sgt. Rock hardcovers last year, it's pretty cool. Not your typical comic stuff.

That is how I know about it. I drove by it Monday and they have a huge banner outside the shop.

That sounds dumber than Jason Todd coming back from the grave. But if it makes money, then have at it. Anybody know the year that Bucky died (not continuity year, but the actual year that they wrote him off)?
