Now down over 60lbs!

Just hit the scale this morning after my run, and my current weight it 263 lbs. Down 61 lbs from this time last year, and 54 from January.
Been really watching what I eat, no drinking except weekends, and started walking and jogging. Feel great, and just wanted to brag a little...

awesome bro. i'm trying to lose 20-30lbs myself. just started doing the weight watchers for men thing, it appealed to me because i know my main problem was eating/snacking to much and this keeps that in check with the points. I'd like to be down to 200 by March.
