Thumbs up Detroit Lions

Well, the Detroit Lions have started the season 3-0 for the first time since 1980 and have a win in MN for the first time since 1997.

I think this is a good sign. Time for a celebratory cigar!

Congrats...who'd thunk that the Lions and the Bills would be 3-0?

If it continues it will be a good season for me,the seasons have been too predictable for too long.

Glad to see the Lions doing well. If Stafford goes down again, they are done though.

That's my call, I guess we will see if (when?) Stafford goes down. Don't get me wrong, I didn't have much hope for the Bears going into the season, so I would love to see the Lions take the Central.

Absolutely not true. They have a great backup in Detroit, from the little I pay attention.
And I am talking about Drew Stanton, by the way....Hill I don't even KNOW much about.
The little I have seen Stanton play, pre-season LAST year, he is smart and talented.
They will be fine, I think, and by the way CONGRATU-frickin-LATIONS on the 3-0 record!
I have quite a few Michigan friends and beloved family, and I have felt their pain for far too long.

Stanton sucks, Hill's decent, and we're in trouble if we lose Stafford. No way Hill or Stanton hits Calvin with that pass to set up the winning field goal. Although that makes us not unlike most teams in the league that would lose their starters.
