Pretty good weight there, Charlie, keep on truckin', Brother.

Little stronger on chest today, and endurance was better too. Did 20 total sets.

Incline bench
Bench press
Decline bench
Flyes

Glad you guys are all working hard. Pops you will get over the hump.

A1: Deadlifts 10x6
A2: Leg curls 10x6
B1: Front Squats 3x6
B2: Abs

I hate doing that many sets of deadlifts. And I hate my gym for only having 1 leg curl machine. But I'm committed to killing my workouts

Good work Tom!
Nice work and volume Huy!

My truck blew a brake line so I was stranded at home ytrdy and got th bright idea to do a body weight chest & tris workout. Note to self, lose a LOT more fat before doing that again. I'm actually sore today. LOL

Work them wheels, Tom!

It's a nice day and my truck is without operative brakes so I figured I'd just hoof it to the gym today. Ended up being a bit warmer than I bargained for but between the walk there and the walk back at least I got my cardio in lol

Little squatting and DLing follower by an arm workout.

Be well and hit it hard fellas

Don't think you'll get much out of the Dr. Jekyll, it's more of a good pump pwo. Not much stim or caffeine. Contains a fairly large amount of nitric oxide for that "pump."

I would not take it alone as a pre, Charlie. Something like that should be mix with another supplement.

I take hvol which is another pwo that contains mainly n.o. along with a higher dosage of caffeine or beta alanine.

Thx for the advice, Huy!
I'd looked up the MJ Raw Review and he said what you're saying, that it's more of a good pump, low-stim formula. I was thinking about mixing it with the Assault or some of my regular C4. Glad to hear that's your recommendation. I'll give it a shot and let you know how it goes! *thumbs up*

Feedin' the Machine...nice, Charlie!

Back today, strength still not completely back, but endurance is better. Did 4 types of free weight rows (two regular and two t-bar movements) that went well. First set of cables (wide pulldowns) hurt my elbow (it's been wonky) and I shut down the workout, got lots out of the rows, went up to 295 on a couple movements, so I cut my losses and went for steak and eggs.

Damn, that was a run-on sentence.

Got a pretty decent low-stim workout today.

Very good, Charlie. Looking forward to hearing what you think of the Catalyst.

Legs/shoulders today, and my endurance keeps getting better, so that's half the battle.

I would give my strength a C- today, and my endurance a B.

I know Eddy said 1, but it's low stim. I did 2, got a good pump, and didn't feel like I had too much beta. I dunno, maybe I should have tried one first, but I am stubborn. I did order a tub already though.
