I am not sure what real purpose this serves but I found this while surfing the internet and thought I would share.

Apparently it is an electronic lighter that charges in a USB port.

Looking at the picture, the 'burner' looks like it was made for cigarettes and is a little small for real smokes. Or maybe that stick has a ring size of about 150?
