Finished week 2 of P90X. This week got a little easier for sure. I think my favorite part is the Ab Ripper workout that I do every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It hurts so good.

I am at 332lbs. Swimming in the mornings and walking the dog or power kiting in the evenings. Staying on the diet with the occasional hiccup, but have not gone over 1800 calories in almost a month now. I feel 100x better. Until this morning, that is. Didn't want to get out of bed. Spent all day yesterday at 6 Flags with my parents. My dad and I rode Batman 10x in a row to end the day. I don't recall the last time we had so much fun together. It was a fantastic day, but I'm worn out today.

Has anyone read anything on the f-factor diet? High fiber/low calorie is what it looks to be, just wondering if anyone has more info.

For midnight snack last night I had a pound of bacon, a bowl of pepperoncinis, and a bowl of hot banana rings. I finished that up with a bunch of peanut M&M's.
