Default Anyone Puff Out Through Cigar?

Recently read that if you occasionally blow out through the cigar it expels the smoke that has gotten trapped in the cigar therefor making it burn cooler and not get as harsh as if you continuously draw on the cigar. Anyone do this? Opinions?

Yep. It's called purging.

Its called purging. It will cool the cigar down if you do it once and then let the cigar rest for a moment. Its also a great way to expel some trapped gases that might be making the cigar taste bad.

Yup. It works. You should try lighting the gasses that are expelled at night...cool effect.

Indeed, hold a lighter to the front of the cigar when it is purged and you will get some cool blue and orange flames. Just dont fry the eyebrows!

Seems to work well after getting through the full flavor middle spot and hitting the end.

Don't do it over your shirt while you're lying back in a lounge chair. Just trust me on that.
