Awesome! Only ever had Poutine once and was thoroughly happy the entire meal. Great dish when done right. Saw an episode of Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" in Quebec where they had a Foie Gras topped poutine. It looked TO DIE FOR!

Well, if you want to OD on cholesterol, nothing beats a fried brain sandwich .. heavy on the brains.
