Default What are your cigar choices for Fathers Day?

Fathers Day in my house is bigger than my birthday. I don't have two of my three daughters here during the school year, so I celebrate the time that I do. For this reason I tend to make Fathers Day about as memorable as can be every year.

I planned ahead of time and picked up a few sticks for the occasion and thought I might share em with ya. Please feel free to post up your choices for the day of dads!

Morning Coffee: La Aurora 100 Anos Lancero

Afternoon Nap on the Hammock: My Father LE 2010 (been in the humi since nov)

After Dinner: Fuente Anejo #49

Back up hitter (just in case I don't feel like one of the others): LHC Core Toro

The Anejos and MF LE 2010 are great choices. I might switch the Anejo and MF LE though. The MF's are pretty potent and IMO are better after dinner cigars.

I'll probably just smoke a Bolivar Coronas Gigantes. It was supposed to die today but I got rained out

My Father's Day started on Thursday night. I have all four of my children around me for the weekend! I have been enjoying cigars all weekend! My older sons and daughter lit up cigars on Thursday night with me, even the little guy had a chocolate cigar!

I think I'll spark up a Casa Fuente tonight or tomorrow!

Happy Father's Day guys!!!

Thanks for the heads up. Haven't had an LE just yet, so I think I'll heed your warning and reserve the LE for later in the eve.

Darrell, I think you might have hit the nail on the head for me. Something from Fuente makes sense for Father's Day. They are the kings of the Father's Day releases after all. Perhaps I'll smoke a Maduro, Sungrown, or Rosado from the Hemmingway line.

Not sure I'll have one today, but the first cigar after my Dad died was a My Father 2011 LE, thought it fitting.
