Pepper there but oak wood and other note cover it 2nd 1/3 Getting creamer with same notes but smoother , running cool, oak wood, cinnamon and molasses are still there with subdued pepper Final 1/3 Smoothed out nicely same notes great smoke Smoke time 1 hour 15 min Score 8 out of 10
