Inspiring to say the least! You look great man, keep up the good work.

Just curious; but did/do you have sleep apnea as a result of your weight? I ask, because I have it and it is believed to be a direct result of my weight gain. I'm also fearful of diabetes as it runs in my family. So... I need to start thinking about losing weight myself. What really sucks is nearly all of my weight goes straight to my gut. Makes a great beer shelf, but also feels like I've got the incredible shrinking winky!

i apologize for not responding, as i must have missed these somehow!.

i did not have any problems with sleep apnea, but extreme weight is the leading factor in that.. If you are starting to think u need WLS, time to tal to a surgeon and discuss some options, dont have any shame!
