Default Bacon-Wrapped Cantaloupe (Really!)

Sounds weird, but tastes fantastic!
A friend introduced me to this over the weekend.

Cut a chunk of cantaloupe, about 2" square.
Wrap it in thick-cut bacon & place on a skewer so the bacon doesn't unfurl(about 4-5 on each skewer).
Grill on a barbecue until the bacon is done, turning often to avoid flare-ups.
Let cool briefly & dig in!

The cantaoupe stays juicy & the crisp bacon is a great complement.

I wish I liked Canteloupe. This bacon thing opens up a whole new world of opportunities.
