sundays ep was a bit slow after the previous one, looking forward to the finale.

I think Dex is juggling too many things or I have too high expectations for him. He fell into Arthur's trap too easily.

Pretty exciting though. The Chief is playing great psychological games with La Guerta and Batista; Christine is gone; Arthur and Dexter face to face.

How do you think that's going to play out? Will Arthur try to out Dex? Or will they go their separate ways and let the games begin?

I have high expectations for the final episode ... hopefully not too high. The season's just been so good, imho, that I'm expecting it to be one helluva roller coaster ride.

I'm still more intrigued by the whole Deb figuring out who Dexter really is clip from the preview. Wonder if she'll know that the Ice Truck Killer is his brother.

Ah. I didn't see the episode preview. That will definitely be interesting. In the books she finds out who and what he really is. I only read book 3 but the dynamic is interesting. I'm not sure how far they will go that route in the TV series.

WTF???

I was a little dissapointed until the last two scenes played out. But like Dokk, I hold my tongue for a day or so. Best ending yet.

Not often a hollywood writer gets a zing in on me without seeing from a mile away. This one though got me good. Emmy for sure.

I still Cant get over it... Wow what a great show! Any show that still has you in awe the next day

Exactly. I still am in awe today. Especially since I heard "Venus" by Frankie Avalon on the radio this morning (the song that Dex played when he killed Trinity). Not easily does a television show give me this uneasy sensation like this. I am a grown and pretty masculine man, but it brought me very close to tears. It's like it was part of my family that was lost. Sixteen hours later and still all I have to say is "Wow"!

Got in to the office this morning and the department chair and I chatted about the show for a little bit. It was such a fantastic episode and an eerily perfect end to a great season. I have no clue how they're going to top this next season....
