Thanks for including us in that...I thought this was going to be a glorified Florida Love-in.
And to be fair - well....you DID say consecutive. My bad. LSU in '03!
I am looking forward to the season, going to watch Ole Miss versus Memphis this weekend.
Seems no one on the Memphis side is all that excited about a top program coming in to the
Liberty Bowl. This town is a bunch of sports fags. So I get a ticket pretty easy this time.
I think the whole Calipari thing has soured the "fans" in this town.

Yeah, that's about all I've heard so far. Could have been a lot worse for sure.

Didn't know you were an LSU fan...but then why would I have known that anyway? Welcome to the discussion, we need a little more to balance out the gator love in here. Can't wait till our game in T-town this year. It's gonna be a slobber-knocker for the ages.

While I hate the stadium itself , LSU has some of if not the best game day food anywhere. Not sure I can call thier fans awesome though for the sheer fact that they burned effigies of our coach the night before the game last year Of course I'm sure many of you think that is exactly what makes them awesome.

With apologies to South Carolina and Arkansas, how many of you had one of these hanging on your wall growing up? I took it down off my wall in my old room when I visited my parents last.

My eyes will be peeled on Chapin High's JV Football game tonight... I'm a big fan of the weak-side tackle and weak-side linebacker.

Dangit. I need to get cable. I have not had cable for ten years or more.
I have not had internet at home for 4 years. Ahh, the peace and quiet.
Unfortunately, I also miss alot of LSU and Saints. But cable these days is just
a robbery. Dumped ATT for the same reason. No matter how you pare down the services,
it always managed to come out to 50 bucks.
And I don't like people to call me, anyway. No brainer on the landline.
Nowadays, I have what's I call 'poor-man's cable'. It is a HDTV with 3 different
channels of HD PBS, all tuned through rabbit ears.
