Loads of wine throughout the day. Our go-to waiter at our favorite restaurant had given Grace a mulled wine recipe a few years back, and she spices a few bottles every Christmas. I made a 17lbs NY strip roast on the rotisserie. Took 5 hours and 4 bottles of wine to complete. I must say it was perfect.
