Cigars are "healthier" than cigarettes as they contain lesser amounts of nicotine but as to specific quantity, I am not certain.

That's something only you will be able to decide. The buying and trying new sticks is addictive in itself. I feel I have a handel on these that I never had with my camels. During the past several months, there has been a couple of weeks in between cigars at times. Just keep an eye on yourself and be honest with your self, Mike

I've gone several weeks at a time without a cigar and without having any cravings to have one. I defy a regular smoker of cigarettes to do the same. In my estimation, cigars have a much lower potential for addiction than cigarettes, but everyone else's mileage may vary.
