I prefer to use the CigarRake.

This way I can punch almost two weeks worth of smokes at the same time.

I have a similar point on my knife might have to try it. I usually just score an x or very carefully cut the cap with the blade if I forget the proper tools.

Why wouldn't you just use a key if that is a satisfactory technique for somebody, instead of adding another "black" key to your chain?
