It is set up to inhibit scammers, dishonest people, and those trying to take advantage of our membership. In that, you are correct.

Where I disagreed with you is in your statements that "It's set up this way because people won't just be able to make one account after the next to scam people in the BST section after they've been banned." and "it's mostly about proving your not solely here for the BST forum".

Well, what I meant by the 2nd half is those that are here solely to scam.

Athough, I will say that I can't wait to be let in myself. It'll definitely help me explore my palette in a more economical way our shop across the street from work has some serious mark up. Business is business.

I think its just a way to see what the Noobs will do, just like a fraternity does with its probates. Guess its just something to look forward to. LOL
