Been doing smoke rings for 40 years and once you get it right,,,it's easy. I can make a smoke ring and blow another ring thru it. No, I won't take a picture of it.

that would be one of the things I do by myself too

It look practice though...

I started out just puckering up like a fish and taping the outside of my cheek with my finger instead of trying to blow smoke rings..now I blow smoke rings when it's not windy..

I always smoke outside, so even though I have tried once or twice, it didn't work.

IMO, the gist of the trick (which no one's mentioned yet) is in perfecting a controlled little air-puff from the back of your throat. You have to kind of foreshorten it, if you get my drift- the vascular equivalent of a glottal stop, perhaps.
