I got my 18 count today. It actually came yesterday but they shipped it with a signature required tag for whatever reason so I had to go pick it up at the P.O.

It took them a few days to actually ship it but now that I have it I am stoked.

Thanks again for all the links guys.

I think it might be safe to say that you could make up the last 4 digits and you'd be able to purchase. $.02

I'd rather pay a tad more for peace of mind and customer service.

so when they say 18 - 24 cnt, does that mean that 18 churchils size cigars and 24 robusto sized? or is it 18 - 24 depending on what foam trays are used?

The 18 count box comes with foam trays having 18 9-inch long slots. You would need different foam trays for 24 count capacity

A bit late ... but check Amazon ... you'll have to do a little digging but my 10ct. Cigar Caddy was ~$20 shipped and I think the 15ct. went for ~$22 shipped.

I also got my 30 ct from riverfrontgifts. I had to call them because as a grad student my billing address (parents house) and my mailing address (college apt) are different. As a security measure they require the first purchase to match. I talked to a customer service person on Friday and my caddy was shipped out Monday. No problems.

I still love my yellow 18 count cigar caddy the best .

That's why they make different sizes. I couldn't justify the 15ct, 18ct, or 30ct for the one or two times in a year I would use it.
