The reports are saying that Ross will be out for the season and, depending on the severity, there may be the possibility that this is career ending. I hope that's not the case.

Bring on the Dodgers. Would love to beat up on them a little.

I watched the game until it was 4-2 then turned it off because I thought it was a lost cause at that point. Turns out I was right. It was a late game and I was fighting falling asleep, but didn't Majia lose the lead before he was taken out?

Mets drop another one to the Dodgers, 4-2. The offense was non-existant and Harvey was very un-Harveylike last night.

The first inning or two Harvey looked really good. After that it was pretty down hill.

Bullpen blows another one as we get swept by the Dodgers, 5-4 in 11 innings. I'm getting to that point, again, where I'm about to stop watching. They are p*ssing me off BIGTIME!!!

We could have won every game of this series...we had the lead in each game and blew it each time.

They're a sub .500 ballclub, playing the HOTTEST team in baseball, on the road, with their best player on the disabled list.
They're lucky the Dodgers didn't find a way to beat them 4 times in 3 games!
You should be thrilled they played them as close as they did.

Dom, that's my whole point. Being a sub .500 club with a shoddy outfield and a non existant bullpen...if we had even an average one of both, we'd be contending for a wildcard position. Alderson KNEW the bullpen was f*cked and did nothing to correct it (short term or long term).

I'm with Mac. These gaems are so very frustrating to watch. I'm getting tires of watching them lose in the late innings. There is no reason that we should lose a lead so late in every game. We miss so many opportunities because these guys keep watching perfect pitches whiz by them without even pretending to swing. I can't count how many times we have bases loaded and no outs yet fail to score a run.
