I just figured anything posted from here on out pertains to the coming season rather than 2012.....

I can't disagree . . . though some might argue that anything pertaining to Jeter IS last year, if not last decade.

Teixiera out 8-10 weeks with a strained wrist. Are the Yankees even going to have enough able bodies to field a team?

Well, we know the Mets don't have enough, even if they ARE healthy.

That isn't saying much...with our pitching staff, the Chico's Bail Bonds sponsored Bad News Bears could beat us.

It's a good thing Youk can play first & third. Now to find a way for him to play them both at the same time.

Juan Rivera played 1st base and went 3 for 4 and drove in all 3
runs yesterday.
Also rumors of Derek Lee and or Cudyer[spell].
But honestly, i am not hopeful for the opening months,
or for 2 yrs out with the no spending tax scared owners
cheapskate tactics.
Dad George wouldve said " what luxury tax"
sign whoever we need to have the best chance.
I`m done.

I wonder where we would be if only 3 of the guys on the DL
returned.
Where are all the pinstripers here.
I`m as proud as ever to wear my hat.

The team is playing great considering all of the injuries, not just of our starters, but of 2nd stringers too.

We would be in better shape if all our 2nd strings were there.
Now we have 3rd strings playing. Gotta be a record for guys on the DL
or day to day.
