I'm down to 271 this morning. That's a loss of 6lbs. Not great, but not bad. Need to pick up the exercise more heavily.
Cutting back on the alcohol couldn't hurt either I guess.

Well. Only down .2 today.

But it is down and not up!

Seemed like a slow weekend, so I figured things weren't going to look great. Spent two days standing around watching and doing a little leg-work on the ground as my buddies stripped and reshingled a roof.

I need to make sure I get that walking in! Two-tenths is too-small!

Well, I'm now at 14-under....
