It's great to hear from you, Shawn! Awesome to hear you made your goal and in a very short period of time. Keep up the good work.
 I fell off the wagon over the summer but am working on getting back to 250 (which was my pre-summer weight). Once I get down to that weight, my next goal is 225. It's about time you came back!
