Either steel cut oats or chocolate Lucky Charms. Both taste good and one of them is healthy.

I remember being pretty fond of Golden Grahams.
I don't eat a lot of cereal, maybe once a month or so...... Sometimes I will grab a bowl of my wife's Honey Bunches of Oats.... |

The perfect cereal...you can eat it with milk in the morning, and you can munch it dry watching TV in the evening!

For breakfast -- Oatmeal (the real kind -- steel cut oats), which I like to mix with chunky applesauce. Instead of applesauce I might have rasins and brown sugar.
Occaisionally I will have cream-of-wheat instead. For snacks I will any one of the following (dry): Golden Grahams, Corn Flakes, Multigrain Cheerios, Rasin Bran.

I don't normally eat breakfast. If I do eat cereal, I grab one of those individual packs of cereal at the convenience store and a thing of milk. I usually eat Lucky Charms or Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Special K (Red Berries or Berries & Yogurt flavors).
Other than that... Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran Crunch, or Honey Nut Cheerios are about all I'll ever eat. |

I used to eat grape nuts, then I noticed the salt content. It's absurdly high. Now I just throw some quaker quick oats in the microwave with milk and whatever fruit I have around - blueberries or bananas, then add some raw almonds or chopped walnuts. Delicious.

Grape Nuts, Frosted Mini Wheats or Raisin Bran---I want to always eat for nutrition and not just eat for taste-----but taste is also an important thing.
Looking at the amount of sugar in products is one of my things. |

Oatmeal or grits...both high in fiber...maybe with some low-fat yogurt with fruit, or maybe with a glass of OJ...

My 'special blend' of one part Fiber 1 (the original) to four parts Special K (also the original) topped with sliced bananas and peaches and drowned in skim milk. Quite tasty
