The PL Pan's have been even better than the PLPC's I have smoked. Every one of the PLPC's has shown some signs of sickness.
Hoyo Coronation tubos have also been fantastic.

Once again, Bob is 'da man. I agree with him but I think I like the Montecarlos better than the pans.

I smoked an '07 last night, and it as pretty good after wetting it.

For me, Partagas Shorts in a cab for less than $4 a stick.

Only NC here, but for nc I would have to say Nica Libre. For under 2 bucks a stick (not hard to do) it's just a amazing deal.

I had one of these last night that had about 6 months rest. It was surprisingly good, and smelled fantastic. Even Mrs. Brew thought so.

In '09, I didn't buy enough NCs to form any real opinion, so I'll pass.

As for CCs, the du Depute cabs from the sales turned out very good. Not once-in-a-lifetime smokes, but definitely above the norm. They worked out to be less that $2 per stick. However, finding several boxes of 1998 Partagas 8-9-8Vs in perfect condition for under $6 per stick was perhaps my best bargain. No, they aren't for sale and the vendor has no more

For NC's:
Cigar.com Corojo Label (Pepin Blend). For $2.30 its hard to beat.

C.I. Legneds Yellow (Pepin also). They can be had for $2.25-$2.50 each.

As for N.C's, Sorry, still getting my feet wet.

I'm gonna have to go with Fumadores #3 for Best NC Bargain of the Year. If timed right, a box can be had for ~$1.50 per stick. Though they are mixed filler, the construction and taste tend to be pretty spot on.

As for CCs, I don't think I've even smoked enough to say.

the pl pans are good for the money but i prefer the pl montecarlos for a bit more. pl pans are shortfiller + montecarlos longfiller. i would buy 10 boxes of the pl pan if i could get them for the price in cuba.
the jose l piedra petit cazadores is another good value.
don tomas classico is also good for the money.

Montecarlos are also Tripa Corta unless they have changed in the last year.
