I've got the entire ST:TNG series on DVD.
I plan on watching them in order the first two or three weeks I retire from my job in another 11 years! Love that series, never miss an episode when it comes up on TV. Great series that got better over time.

AWESOME!
![]() I have decided to watch all of Voyager since I never actually gave it much attention. I hope they hurry up and bring 7 of 9 on. Voyager is...entertaining, but it seems that there isn't much going on. I'm through an entire season and have witnessed very few battles, the ship shaking violently in nearly every single episode, Janeway always making overly intense facial expressions, and everyone thinking that the most bizarre events are "impossible" even though the Federation should have tons of data that "impossible" is just "improbable" by now. ARGH! ![]() |

One of the best sci-fi series in my opinion is the new Battlestar Galactica. If that's still streaming, check it out... ![]() |

Battlestar Galactica is great TV. I never watched it, until I began streaming it a couple months ago. I dont' have time to watch every night, but I LOVE it. I love the entire Stargate series, but ran out of options there recently so I started streaming Battlestar Galactica. It is very well done.

I take it you mean the newer Battlestar Galactica and not the original?

Watched every episode of TNG when it first aired. To this day, The Inner Light is not only my favorite episode of that series, but probably one of my favorite episodes in television history. I watched most episodes of DS9, but it started getting a little too weird for my taste, but I hung in there. Definitely didn't enjoy it as much as TNG. Couldn't get into Enterprise at all, even though I like Scott Bakula from his days on Quantum Leap. Voyager? Meh.

I'll need to give BSG a try some time. However, it may be a year or more before I can get to it. I enjoyed Inner Light. I like how they make references to that episode later throughout the course of the series. |

Yes. Me too.
![]() I liked all of the Star Trek series some. Voyager was the worst with Janeway and her "macho" faces she was always sporting. DS9 I just lost track of. I may have to revisit that series via NetFlix. I really liked Enterprise, but TNG is probably my fav.

![]() ![]() It's been forever since I watched any of the series. I'll have to go over TNG again. This, and Highlander helped me through some tough times in my 20-somethings. The basic premise of morality in TNG, and Good over Evil in Highlander I truly believe helped tune my moral compass. Yes, I just said two Fantasy/Sci-Fi shows helped teach me right from wrong. |

Me, I couldn't take Trek "morality" too seriously. I mean, look at the big picture. Everyone works, no money, no poor, no unemployed, no wars (on Earth at least), Earth has a global government, and the most despised characters, though not the toughest, they run into are the "greedy" (capitalist) Ferengi.
It's basically a communist utopia. Funniest part is communism never actually results in a utopia, but that's the pipe-dream. In the series you can't help but overlook this political stuff and just enjoy the heck out of it. I know the Ferengi changed roles a bit in DS9, but I'm mostly speaking of them in TNG.
