Picked up a couple magnums of Anchor's Christmas 2012. That should make for a fun Christmas Eve with my dad, brother, and uncles.

I saw those at the beer store today. I was thinking of picking up one for our christmas party as well. Pretty nice looking bottle.

Little late in posting, but my local liquor store had a bunch of stuff they released on Black Friday. I picked up...

Mad Elf (Growler)
Goose Island BCBS (1/2 Growler)
Lagunitas Daytime (Growler)
3 bombers Mad Elf
2 bottles BCBS
Firestone Walker Sucaba
Delirium Noël
DFH *****es Brew
DFH 120 Minute IPA

The BCBS on tap was awesome!

I showed up too late to get my hands on Firestone Walker Parabola and several other tough beers to find, but I was happy with my haul.

Town is going ape*** over this Cantillon shipment hitting the streets. The HUGE stores are getting 12 bottles, the small between 3-6. Zwanze Day hype is upon us...times like this I wish I didn't live in such a beer crazy city. Six different guys are following the delivery trucks around and grabbing up half of the big store allocations and all of the small ones immediately. Got lucky at a few stops, but it's been hard work! Rueuze and 5 Golden Rings showed up too as a bonus/consolation, not bad!

Walked in the store and found two four packs on the shelf manager said he was only allotted one case.
One in the fridge and one tucked away

Picked up a bottle of 5 Golden Rings to add to my collection. I am missing Partridge In a Pear Tree but I have all the others, so far.

Keep it going awsmith!

Word is, as you know, that Partridge is well past it's prime now anyway...but it would be nice to have all 12 lined up at some point.

Have you cracked a 5GR yet? 3FH has been my favorite so far, out of the 3 I have and have tried.

Thank you for telling me its past its prime, now I can tell myself that regardless of truth and keep myself from trading the farm to find it.

I have not had 5 Golden Rings, the bottle shop I stopped at had a one bottle limit but I plan on grabbing another from another shop so I can try it fresh for comparison purposes. 2 Turtle Doves was my favorite so far but I enjoyed 3 French Hens as well. 4 Calling Birds was good as well but, if I remember correctly, it was a little boozy and I hope the aging will help.

I found a case of 2012 SN Bigfoot at a small liquor store for only $30. I think they thought that it was going to go bad. This is my 2nd case of this years Bigfoot.
I am trying to stock up before they go to 4pk for the same price as 6pks, next year!
