Three Brooklyn Winter Ales; one with a Nub Maduro.
Two goblets of a gorgeous Egervin 2008 Egri Bikavér (Bull's Blood) with a Rib Eye steak. Going for another Brooklyn Winter Ale shortly. Carpene Malvolti Extra Dry Prosecco cti Conegliano at midnight followed by a Dalwhinnie 14 and a Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur Dark Knight.

Asian pear martini
1.5 ounces pear vodka 1 ounce sake 1 ounce simple syrup 1 ounce lime juice Muddle 2 or 3 1 inch chunks of Asian pears or any pear in a tumbler. Add the aforementioned ingredients and shake. Serve over ice or strain into a martini glass Paired with some fresh spring rolls in rice paper wraps with Nuoc Cham dipping sauce
