That's really tough.

But two standout voices that I've always enjoyed would be Stevie Nicks and Dean Martin. Have to go with them.

I don't know about all time, but I have been enjoying Adele's voice as of recent.

And for a male I have been digging Ryan Bingham's voice and song writing for the past couple of years.
