If it weren't for that stupid penalty against Mundy for roughing the reciever in the Baltimore game, it would be win and in. But then again if it wasn't for the ridiculous 2nd half game planning by the offensive cordinator all season, we could be close to undefeated.

Agreed.
Houston has got to lose.
I just think about the games that Jeff Reed cost us. If Pittsburgh, gets in, I wonder if Polamalu will play in the Playoff games?

Football to me if about momentum.
If you are losing into the playoffs, can't be a good thing in that locker room.
How many times has a wild card been the ultimate champion? For the same reasons we cite.
If I were Indy, N.O., and Minnesota, I would be scratching my head trying to make sure a skid is not underway. I know Indy was more about Manning BUT up until he was pulled out, the Jets were still giving them a run for the money, with Indy in tact with all first squad on the field.

Hard to believe the Steelers still have a remote chance. True heart of a champion.

If the Steelers get this wildcard gift dropped in their lap, it's gonna be a dance.
I think they "get it" now. Too late as always, but that's the way we play.
Lost five games by 3 points or less. Painful.

I totally expect either New England and Cinci to roll over and loose to ensure the Steelers don't get the wild card.

Vegas agrees with you. They have Cincy listed as 10 point dogs.

The offense looked really good in the 1st half. The defense didn't keep up with Ben and the boys. Hopefully they'll pick it up for the last 30 minutes of the game!

Denver doesn't matter. On another note I'm sick of these teams resting their starters and letting inferior teams in the playoffs. The Pats gave up 3 touchdowns in the last quarter. What a joke! Houston caught a break 2 weeks in a row and will probably get destroyed in the 1st round.

As a Dolphin fan, I must say, I'm not nearly as bitter because Houston won rendering us out of the playoffs regardless of the outcome. Congrats on the win, but now you guys have to root for the Raiders.

What a disappointing season. Losing to the Browns, Raiders and KC. They looked poised to repeat at the beginning of the season and wind up missing the playoffs. Time to reload and rethink some of their strategies.

Yup, time to reload in the off season. It's gonna be strange to watch the playoffs this year without cheering for the Black and Gold.
