I'll always root for Donnie baseball!

I spent nine innings Mutha Fcukin the Yanks.
I was furious at them!
With their fate in their hands, they could only muster one lowly run, against the hapless Red Sox.
After they tied it in the ninth, I was still furious that they didn't win it right there.
They had bases loaded, one out, with Tex and Cano coming up, and neither one of those jabronies could get the run home.
By the time they finally won it in the 12th, I was spent.
I wish I had the energy to watch the Oakland game!

Last nights game was certainly an emotional roller coaster with all of the lost opportunities.

I watched every pitch and every swing.

I was spent too.

Agreed on the Oakland game...too old for that shite

Miguel Cabrera is the first Triple Crown winner since '67

Austin Jackson hit .300 for the first time in his career

Tigers vs. A's first round

Miguel Cabrera is just a phukkin' beast.

A's were the last team I was hoping the Tigers would play in the first round, they are about the only A.L. team hotter than the Tigers the last couple weeks. Hoping that our starters can go deep, and the bats stay alive. Should be a great series.

hoping the As keep playing out of their minds and The Giants keep rolling. Bay Bridge series no earthquake. As a long time hater of SoCal teams it was a great year.

Watched what may have been Lance Berkmans last at bat last night. Pretty touching as he should still be on the DL but limped out to the batters box and all the way to 1st after hitting into a ground out. The fans were cheering the whole time while the ump stood back to update his book to give Berkman time for the moment.

I'm dying man trust me. I love baseball and hockey. Those are my two. When baseball ends and there is no NHL I will be lost. At least the boys hockey is keeping me busy.

Here's to the Detroit A's

I really want to congratulate Miggy Cabrera for what seemed like such an unrealistic feat. I am not old enough to remember the last one (thank god for that, ayy ) but i remember seeing people come somewhat close and whiff out as the year got stronger.. Well Miggy got stronger as the season got longer and tougher!..

Kudos to One of the best Pure Hitters in the game!!

Pretty good games last night, despite the debacle in the ATL.
I had liked the O's, but never thought the Cards would beat the Braves.
In fact, I had the Braves going all the way to the series.
Looks like I'm gonna have to find another NL team to root for.

The 2 division series get under way today, with the higher ranked teams opening on the road.
Anyone have any thoughts about the teams starting on the road?
I personally don't think it's a big deal.
Unless the Yanks open 0-2, then I'll be screaming about it!

I too thought the Braves would win and the O's would buckle.
